Ingredients:


2 cup flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup drained blueberries


Mix ingredients together except blueberries. Mixture will be lumpy. Carefully fold in drained fruit. Fill greased muffin cups about 2/3 full. Makes 12 muffins.


CRUMBS:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter


Mix with fork until well blended. Drop crumbs on batter. There are enough crumbs for 12 muffins. Bake 350 - 400 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
